Recommended CADAC cooking surface: Pizza Stone

Heat the pizza stone on the braai.


Spread the sour cream/crème fraîche over the wraps. Divide the pieces of salmon over wraps and divide the onions and capers / green olives around it. Drizzle with lemon juice.


Heat the wraps for 5 to 10 minutes on the pizza stone, with the lid on the braai.


Serve the wraps with some rocket.


Tip: Never immerse the pizza stone in water, but wipe it clean with a damp cloth.

 200 g smoked salmon, cut in pieces
 1 red onion, in half rings
 1 tbsp capers / green olives
 1 lemon
 rocket, on the side
