Recommended CADAC Cooking Surface: Grill Plate or Chef Pan

Cut the onions into rings, mushrooms into slices and bell pepper into pieces.


First fry the onions and mushrooms in some oil and then add the bell pepper.


Then season with salt.


Clean the grill plate or pan with kitchen paper.


Cover the tortillas with cheese and heat them in the pan or on the grill plate. Tip: Half-fold large tortillas with cheese and then fold them in half again, place a second tortilla on the small tortillas to cover them.


Remove the tortillas from the heat when the cheese has melted.


Open the tortillas and fill them with the other ingredients.


Do not over fill them, because then everything will fall out with food.


Quesadillas taste delicious without a sauce, but you can also add a mix of sliced tomato, red onion and fresh coriander with a spicy sauce or fresh guacamole - creating a full-fledged meal that fills well.
