Chicken skewers with beer/honey marinade

Cut the chicken breast into pieces

Mix the marinade in a sealable plastic bag: 2 cloves of crushed garlic with beer, honey, mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade in the bag and seal the bag tightly. Let the chicken marinate for 2 to 24 hours.

Place the skewers in a bowl of water half an hour before you want to thread the chicken onto the skewers. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.

Heat up any CADAC braai. Then place the chicken skewers on top. Put the lid on the braai and cook the skewers for a few minutes before flipping them. Turn the skewers 1 or 2 more times so that they are well cooked

 2 pressed garlic cloves
 100 ml beer (Beer of choice)
 3 tbsp honey
 1 tsp mustard
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 450 g chicken breast
 0.50 bunch of parsley or coriander for garnish
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 salt and pepper
 8 skewers
